EzShopFlow is designed for local, offline use and does not collect or transmit user data during normal operation. We collect and securely store only the following information necessary for license validation and software protection:

• Phone Number
• Email Address
• User Security Identifier (SID)
• Disk Serial Number
• Hostname
• MAC Address

2. How We Use the Information

The collected data is used exclusively for:

• License activation and validation
• Trial registration
• Fraud prevention and software protection
• Customer support or license assistance

3. Internet Connectivity

EzShopFlow operates offline except for two specific processes:

1. License Activation / Validation – Secure verification of license authenticity.
2. Unauthorized Use Safeguard – Protection mechanisms that verify against software piracy or redistribution. Unauthorized use may result in license termination and legal action.

4. Data Security

All license data is encrypted and transmitted securely. The source code of EzShopFlow is protected and encrypted using ionCube.com technology. By installing or using EzShopFlow, you also agree to ionCube’s licensing terms and ionCube’s PRIVACY POLICY.

5. Third-Party Software (OSPanel.io)

EzShopFlow uses components from Open Server Panel (ospanel.io) as part of its runtime. By using EzShopFlow, you also agree to:

• Payment Rules and Service Cancellation Terms
• Public Service Agreement
• License Agreement

6. No Refund Policy

All EzShopFlow software sales are final and non-refundable. Once a license key has been issued or the software downloaded, no refunds or returns will be granted under any circumstances.

7. Data Retention

License-related data is stored only for the duration necessary to maintain license validity and detect unauthorized use. You may request deletion of contact data upon license termination.

8. Legal Compliance

EzShopFlow LLC complies with applicable privacy laws in the United States and the State of Connecticut.
