These Terms govern your use of the EzShopFlow software (“Software”) developed by EzShopFlow LLC. By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

1. License Grant

EzShopFlow LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-company license to install and use one copy of the Software for your company’s internal operations.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Distribute, resell, or share the Software with other entities;
• Modify, copy, reverse-engineer, or decompile any portion of the Software;
• Attempt to bypass or disable license verification or encryption systems;
• Transfer your license to another company or user without written approval from EzShopFlow LLC.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with EzShopFlow LLC. The source code is protected and encrypted using ionCube.com technology. By installing or using EzShopFlow, you also agree to ionCube’s licensing terms and ionCube’s PRIVACY POLICY.

4. Internet Connectivity

Internet access is only required for:

• License activation and validation
• Security verification for unauthorized use

No project data or database content is ever transmitted externally.

5. Unauthorized Use

EzShopFlow LLC employs protection mechanisms to detect license abuse. Any unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or circumvention will result in license termination and possible legal prosecution.

6. No Refund Policy

All EzShopFlow software sales are final and non-refundable. Once a license key is issued or the software is downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be made.

7. Third-Party Components

EzShopFlow uses Open Server Panel (ospanel.io) as a local runtime environment. By installing or using EzShopFlow, you also agree to OSPanel’s terms:

• Information about Services and Rates
• Payment Rules and Service Cancellation Terms
• Public Service Agreement
• License Agreement

8. Limitation of Liability

EzShopFlow LLC is not liable for any loss of profit, data, or business interruption resulting from use or misuse of the Software. Total liability shall not exceed the license fee paid.

9. Termination

EzShopFlow LLC reserves the right to terminate any license found to be in violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. All disputes shall be handled exclusively in Connecticut state or federal courts.
